抽油泵廠(chǎng)占地面積3萬(wàn)平方米，生產(chǎn)建筑面積1.8萬(wàn)平方米。各類(lèi)生產(chǎn)設備共計70臺套，其中主要生產(chǎn)設備包括：井式碳氮共滲爐、數控刮削滾光機、淬火機床、數控車(chē)床、數控深孔強力珩磨機、無(wú)心外圓磨床、滾柱式冷床及矯直機等；公司主要抽油泵產(chǎn)品分為管式抽油泵、桿式抽油泵、特種抽油泵三大類(lèi)，可生產(chǎn)各規格抽油泵6000臺/年。

工廠(chǎng)建立了API 11AX及建立了ISO 9001質(zhì)量管理體系，理化、計量系統、檢測設備、儀器配套完善，確保產(chǎn)品實(shí)物質(zhì)量合格。

    產(chǎn)品暢銷(xiāo)國內各大油田并出口至多個(gè)國家和地區。

     The total construction area of the oil pump factory is nearly 30,000 square meters, which covers 18,000 square meters of production area. There are 70 sets of all types of production equipment, among which the main production equipment includes: well carburizing furnace, CNC scraping and rolling machine, quenching lathe, CNC lathe, CNC deep hole strong honing machine, centerless outer grinding machine, cold roller machine and straightening machine, etc. The company's main oil pump products contain 3 categories which are tubing pump, rod pump and special pump. The factory can produce 6,000 pumps per year. 

     The company has set up a quality management system in compliance with API-11AX, and ISO 9001. The physical and chemical, metering system, testing equipment and instruments are perfectly equipped to ensure the quality of the products.
